Can someone out-snipe me?
Of course. The highest bid always wins. This rule supercedes all others. However, in the entire history of our sniper, and over million snipes, there has never been a duplicate attempt on the same item. You might have a better chance of winning the California lottery, than to actually have been out-sniped by someone, even if they are using another service. Bid aggressively if you want to win! Important Billing Note: You are charged for manual wins, because BidSlammer places your bid and measures the winner. If you won, BidSlammer naturally assumes responsibility and deducts for a win accordingly. There are two ways to avoid being charged for a manual bid: Either DO NOT BID MANUALLY, or change the bid to 0 at least three (3) minutes before the auction closes
Why do we use 5 seconds for snipe time?
We attempt to place bids exactly 5 seconds for all snipes. There is no point in using any other value. Some services let you choose the snipe time, but we feel this is a distraction. Why complicate things ... by making you fret over the snipe time ... when it doesn't matter?
We could pick any number we wanted. Here's why we choose five (5):

A human can snipe an item generally within six (6) seconds. Therefore, the snipe time must be five seconds or less. |

You always want your bid to be first. In case of a tie, the higher bid will NOT win, if it is placed last. That's right! You will lose if your bid is not exactly one minimum bid increment above your opponents. Your bid has to come first. |
So, if a service advertises this customization, use caution. Most customers use that feature to "pad seconds" to their bids so they won't miss! Since accuracy is not a problem with us, you don't have to worry about setting the snipe time.
Is sniping secure?
Yes. We're secure as secure can get with 128-bit encryption. We are a true secure site primarily because we do not manage site password information. Any information you give us is used for BidSlammer purposes only --- it is not shared, under any circumstances.

Sniping costs only ten cents for each snipe attempt. If you win an item under $10, you pay us 25¢. Otherwise you pay 1% of the closing price. There is a cap of $5:

Examples. If you win a $100 stereo, you pay only $1. But if you win a $100,000 Ferrari, you pay only $5.
No charges are made to your card unless you authorize. If your snipe balance goes negative, we will not charge you. However, you will be unable to use the website. Do not pay us for your purchases! We do not get involved between the transaction between the buyer (you) and the seller. Please do not pay BidSlammer any funds that you intend to use for your eBay purchases themselves. Only give BidSlammer money that you want to use to pay for your sniping.
Does BidSlammer work with foreign currency?
Yes, we support foreign currency. You don't do anything differently to bid for foreign auctions. Place your snipes in the same units of currency as the auction is listed. For example, if the auction is in GBP, we will place the bid in GBP. (The bidding process is simply entering a number in a box -- so, we just send eBay that number.) Be aware that there is a small bug with handling conversions for foreign currency. (The reporting program is separate from the bidding program, so this will not affect bidding.) We will deduct snipe bucks from your account in US dollars. This conversion is in your favor, since the index for the US dollar is higher than a currency such as GBP. We encourage you to use the sniper, and trust that we will reimburse you for any conversion problems, right down to the smallest unit.
Should I pay you for the items I buy on eBay?
No! Do not pay us for your purchases! We do not get involved in the transaction between the buyer (you) and the seller. Please do not pay BidSlammer any funds that you intend to use for your eBay purchases themselves. Only give BidSlammer money that you want to use to pay for your sniping.
